Quarto

Quarto is a subtle strategy game with the simplest rules. With more than one million units sold, this abstract game is a masterpiece with worldwide fame. Each piece has 4 different characteristics that make them unique (color, shape, size, hollow or solid). Each turn,each player selects the piece that his opponent will play from the available pieces. He must place the piece selected for him on any empty square on the board… so players do no choose the pieces they play! The winner is the first to create a line of 4 pieces with a common characteristic. One of the players will inevitably hand his opponent victory on a plate.
